Operational Model Notice
MerchFuse operates on a print-on-demand and custom production
basis. Products are manufactured only after an order is confirmed and paid.
Shipping timelines therefore include both production time and
delivery transit time.

1. Shipping Coverage

At present, MerchFuse ships orders within India only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Order Processing & Production Time

Once an order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed,
the order enters our production queue.

  • Standard production time typically ranges from 2–5 business days
  • Custom or personalized products may require additional production time
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day

Production times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume,
print complexity, or operational constraints.

3. Shipping Methods & Courier Partners

We work with reliable third-party courier and logistics partners to ensure
safe and timely delivery of products.

  • Courier selection is based on destination and service availability
  • Shipping methods may include standard or expedited services
  • Courier partners are subject to change without prior notice

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines (after production) are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Non-Metro & Tier-2 Cities: 3–6 business days
  • Remote Locations: 5–8 business days

Delivery timelines are indicative only and may vary due to courier delays,
weather conditions, local restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Order weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before order confirmation.

6. Order Tracking

Once an order is dispatched, tracking details may be provided via email

Print-on-demand products returned to origin due to delivery failure
may not be eligible for refund or re-shipment.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If a shipment is received in a damaged condition or appears to be lost
in transit, customers must notify us within 48 hours
of delivery or expected delivery date.

Claims must be supported with photographic evidence and relevant order details.

10. Partial Shipments

In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped in
separate packages depending on production location and availability.

11. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond
our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier strikes or disruptions
  • Government restrictions or lockdowns
  • Acts of God or force majeure events

12. Shipping Disputes & Liability Limitation

Our liability for shipping-related issues is limited to the value of
the product purchased, excluding shipping fees.
