The MerchFuse order model

Every print is produced after the order is confirmed. This helps reduce overstock and keeps the catalogue flexible, but it also means cancellation and return rules are different from mass-stock retail.

Important: MerchFuse operates on a print-on-demand model. Products are produced after an order is placed, so order changes, returns and cancellations follow the eligibility rules listed on each policy page.

I did not receive an order confirmation email

Check Spam, Promotions and the email address used at checkout. If it is still missing after one hour, contact support with your full name and payment reference.

How long will delivery take?

Total time includes production plus transit. Most orders need 3–5 business days for production before shipment. Transit time depends on destination, carrier and local customs.

Why can printed color look different from my screen?

Screens use light and individual display settings. Physical prints use ink and paper. Small differences in tone, brightness and contrast are normal for printed artwork.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Email support within 48 hours of delivery with order details and clear photos of the item, packaging and shipping label so the issue can be verified quickly.
