Merchfuse Licensing
These digital assets are licensed, not sold, to you for use under specific conditions.
1. Scope of Agreement
This Digital Download License Agreement is a legal contract between you (“Licensee”) and Merchfuse (“Licensor”). By purchasing and downloading digital poster files or art prints from our store, you agree to the terms outlined below. These digital assets are licensed, not sold, to you for use under specific conditions.
2. Permitted vs. Prohibited Use
Unless otherwise specified on the product page, all digital downloads from Merchfuse come with a strict Standard Personal Use License.
- Unlimited personal projects (Home decor, personal gifts).
- Use in social media posts for personal accounts.
- One-time use for physical printing on personal items.
- Small business use (up to 50 physical units) if a Commercial License is explicitly purchased.
- Reselling or redistributing the digital file in any format.
- Uploading files to 3rd party Print-on-Demand sites (Redbubble, Zazzle, etc.).
- Sharing the download link or raw files with others.
- Using the artwork in trademarks, corporate logos, or branding.
3. Intellectual Property
Merchfuse retains all copyrights, titles, and ownership of the digital designs. Purchasing this license does not transfer ownership of the artwork. You may not claim the designs as your own original work.
4. No Refund Policy for Digital Assets
Due to the immediate access and irreversible nature of digital products, all digital download sales are final. Once the download link is generated or the file is accessed, Merchfuse cannot issue a refund, return, or exchange. Please review product specifications carefully before purchase.
5. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Merchfuse reserves the right to terminate your license immediately and without refund if you are found in violation of these terms, at which point you must destroy all copies of the digital assets in your possession.
