Digital download license
Digital products are licensed, not sold. Unless a product page clearly states otherwise, digital downloads from MerchFuse are for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may
- Download the file for personal use.
- Print it for your own home, office or personal gift use.
- Keep a personal backup copy.
You may not
- Resell, redistribute or upload the file to marketplaces.
- Use the file for commercial products, print-on-demand resale or advertising.
- Share source files publicly or privately as a downloadable asset.
- Use the file for AI training, datasets or automated content generation systems.
Refunds for digital products
Because digital files can be accessed immediately, digital downloads may be non-refundable after delivery, download or access unless required by law or unless we verify a technical delivery issue that cannot be resolved.
