Merchfuse operates on a Global Print-on-Demand basis. Every item is custom-manufactured specifically for you after your order is confirmed. To ensure the fastest delivery for our North American customers, we fulfill orders from our primary specialized partner facility in Morrisville, North Carolina (USA), as well as other global hubs. Every physical order ships with tracked delivery.

1. Production Timelines

Because each product is printed on demand, there is a processing lead time before your order ships:

• Processing Time: 3 to 5 business days.
• Processing occurs Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays).

2. Delivery Times by Region

The following estimates represent the expected transit time *after* the 3-5 day production period is complete.

3. Packaging & Transit Protection

We use premium packaging to ensure your order arrives in pristine condition:

• Smaller Prints (up to 12×18 inches): Shipped flat in rigid cardboard mailers with backing boards.
• Larger Prints: Carefully rolled and shipped in sturdy mailing tubes with protective end caps.
• Specialty Items (Canvas/Framed): Shipped in reinforced corrugated boxes with corner protectors.

4. Tracking Information

You will receive an automated email containing a tracking link once your order has finished production and the shipping label is generated. Please note that it can take 24-48 hours for the carrier’s website to display updated transit information after the package leaves our facility.
