Refund & returns overview

Because MerchFuse products are print-on-demand, returns and refunds are reviewed based on order status, product condition and claim reason.

Important: MerchFuse operates on a print-on-demand model. Products are produced after an order is placed, so order changes, returns and cancellations follow the eligibility rules listed on each policy page.

Damage, defect or wrong item

Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery. Include order number, product photos, packaging photos and the shipping label if available.

30-day general window

Return or refund requests must be raised within 30 days of delivery. Eligibility depends on verification and the reason for the request.

Common non-eligible situations

  • Wrong size, variant or style selected by the customer.
  • Change of mind after dispatch or delivery.
  • Damage after delivery caused by handling, storage or misuse.
  • Minor print color differences caused by screen settings, lighting or device display.

How to request help

Email support@merchfuse.com with your order number, full name, product name, reason and required photos. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and bank processing times may vary.
