Cancellation Policy

At Merchfuse, all products are printed on demand specifically for you after your order is placed. This custom process means production begins quickly (typically within 30 minutes), so cancellation requests must be submitted immediately for best results.

Core Rule: If production hasn’t started, we can cancel and issue a full refund. Once production begins, items are in the printing process and cannot be canceled.

How to Request a Cancellation

  • Click “Request Cancellation” button above – it pre-fills the subject and message template.
  • Enter your complete order number (found in confirmation email).
  • Include your registered email address.
  • If multiple items, specify which ones to cancel (or “all items”).
  • Submit form – our team checks production status and responds quickly.
  • If approved, a full refund is processed immediately to the original payment method.

Refund Processing Details

  • Payment Method: Refund issued to original payment method used at checkout.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank or credit card statement.
  • Discounts: Refund amount = exact amount paid (including discounts/coupons).
  • Digital Products: Non-refundable once download link accessed.
  • Currency: Same currency as original purchase.

Order Edits (Alternative to Cancellation)

For minor changes like shipping address correction or quantity adjustment (before production):

Use “Order Edit” form immediately. 90% success if submitted within 15 minutes of order.

🔄 Duplicate Order Placed?

Submit cancellation for extra order right away. We stop production on duplicate.
