Cancellation may be possible only before production begins because every print is made after purchase.
Cancellation rules
Orders may be cancelled only before production begins. Once a print enters production, materials, labour and fulfilment resources have been allocated, so cancellation may no longer be possible.
Important: MerchFuse operates on a print-on-demand model. Products are produced after an order is placed, so order changes, returns and cancellations follow the eligibility rules listed on each policy page.
Eligible for review
- Request is submitted before production begins.
- Order has not been printed, packed or dispatched.
- Support can verify the order status in time.
Not cancellable
- Orders already in production.
- Orders already dispatched or shipped.
- Digital downloads after delivery or access.
- Custom or personalized products after processing begins.
How to request cancellation
Email support@merchfuse.com as soon as possible with your order number, full name and reason. Submission of a cancellation request does not guarantee approval.
