Terms overview
These Terms & Conditions govern use of the MerchFuse website and purchases made through it. MerchFuse is operated by RaySeven Productions PVT. LTD..
Important: MerchFuse operates on a print-on-demand model. Products are produced after an order is placed, so order changes, returns and cancellations follow the eligibility rules listed on each policy page.
Orders and acceptance
By placing an order, you confirm that product details, variants, quantities, shipping address and payment information are accurate. We may refuse, cancel or limit orders where fraud, pricing error, inventory error or policy violation is suspected.
Payments and checkout
Payments are processed through PayPal and PayPal-supported debit or credit card checkout. MerchFuse does not store full card details on its servers.
Product information
We aim to present artwork, print specifications and sizing clearly. Minor variations in color, crop, material finish or trim can occur because physical prints differ from digital screen previews.
Intellectual property
Website design, product mockups, copy, images and restored or arranged visual materials may be protected by copyright, trademark or related rights. Unauthorized scraping, copying, resale or use for AI training datasets is not permitted.
Limitation
Use of the website and products is at the customer’s discretion. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MerchFuse and RaySeven Productions PVT. LTD. are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from website use, carrier delays, printing variation or customer misuse.
