At Merchfuse, all products are printed on demand specifically for you after your order is placed. This custom process means production begins quickly (typically within 30 minutes), so cancellation requests must be submitted immediately for best results.

Core Rule: If production hasn’t started, we can cancel and issue a full refund. Once production begins, items are in printing process and cannot be canceled.

How to Request a Cancellation

  • Enter your complete order number (found in confirmation email)

  • Submit form – our team checks production status and responds within 1 business hour
  • If approved, full refund processed immediately to original payment method
