the cancellation terms outlined herein, in addition to our Terms & Conditions,
Refund & Return Policy, and Shipping Policy.

1. Eligibility for Order Cancellation

An order may be eligible for cancellation only if all of the
following conditions are met:

• The cancellation request is submitted before production begins
• The order has not been processed, printed, packaged, or dispatched
• The cancellation request is reviewed and approved by us

Submission of a cancellation request does not guarantee approval.

2. Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders are strictly non-cancellable:

• Orders that have entered production
• Custom-made or personalized products
• Print-on-demand items once printing has started
• Digital downloads once delivered or accessed
• Orders already dispatched or shipped

3. Cancellation Request Process

To request a cancellation, customers must:

• Mention the order number clearly
• Submit the request as soon as possible after placing the order

Requests received after production has started will be automatically rejected.

4. Cancellation Approval & Refunds

If a cancellation request is approved:

• The order will be cancelled internally
• A refund will be initiated to the original payment method
• Refund timelines depend on the payment gateway and bank processing

We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors,
or financial institutions.

5. Partial Cancellations

For orders containing multiple items:

• Partial cancellations may not be supported
• Items already in production cannot be cancelled individually

Approval of partial cancellations is at our sole discretion.

6. Digital Products

All digital products and downloads are:

• Non-cancellable
• Non-refundable once delivered

Please ensure you review product descriptions carefully before purchasing
digital items.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us regarding cancellation
may result in:

• Immediate rejection of cancellation requests
• Account restrictions or suspension
• Dispute evidence submission to payment gateways

We reserve the right to contest chargebacks using order records,
production logs, and communication history.

8. Abuse & Misuse Prevention

We monitor cancellation requests to prevent misuse or abuse.
Repeated cancellation attempts may result in:

• Restriction from future cancellations
• Account suspension or termination
• Refusal of future orders

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RaySeven Productions Pvt. Ltd.
shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
arising from order cancellations.
