Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Merchfuse website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and data compilations, is the property of Merchfuse and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of our brand assets is strictly prohibited.
3. User Responsibility
By utilizing our services, you confirm that:
- You own or have the necessary legal permissions to use the designs you submit for printing.
- Your content does not infringe upon the trademark or copyright of any third party.
Merchfuse actively monitors for and cancels orders that contain unauthorized use of corporate logos, celebrity likenesses, or protected artwork.
4. DMCA & Takedown Requests
If you believe your intellectual property has been infringed upon our site, please email our compliance team with the following details:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Link (URL) to the infringing material.
- Your contact information (Email/Phone).
- A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized.
