Frequently Asked Questions
Order confirmations, invoices, and “I didn’t receive an email”
Order confirmation emails may be delayed by email providers or filtered into spam/promotions.
Check your spam/promotions folders, verify you used the correct checkout email, and confirm the
payment status in your bank/payment provider. If you still cannot locate it, contact support with
the buyer email and approximate order time.
Shipping timelines (print-on-demand + courier transit)
Delivery estimates include (a) production time and (b) courier transit time. Production begins after
successful payment confirmation. Transit estimates vary by destination and courier network conditions.

Color differences between screen and print
Screens render colors differently depending on device, brightness, calibration, and ambient lighting.
Printed output may show minor differences due to print profiles, paper type, and finishing. Minor variations
are common in print-on-demand workflows and are generally not treated as defects unless there is a clear
printing fault (banding, severe misregistration, major blotches, incorrect design, etc.).
Damaged or defective item received
If your package arrives damaged or the product appears defective, contact support within 48 hours of delivery
with the order number, photos/videos of the issue, packaging condition, and shipping label. If the claim is valid,
we may arrange a replacement or an appropriate remedy as per our Refund & Return Policy.
Returns for print-on-demand and custom items
Print-on-demand and custom products are produced specifically after purchase. Returns are typically limited to
valid defects, damage in transit, or wrong item delivered. Items not in original delivered condition or showing
signs of use/misuse may not be eligible. Refer to Refund & Return Policy.
Order cancellation requests
Cancellations are only possible before production begins. Once production starts, cancellation is not feasible.
Submit cancellation requests immediately after purchase with the order number and buyer email. Refer to Cancellation Policy.
Digital download access, personal-use license, and refunds
Digital products are intended for personal use only unless explicitly stated otherwise. Once delivered/accessed,
digital downloads are typically non-refundable. If you face access issues, contact support with the order number and
buyer email. Refer to the Digital Downloads License and Refund Policy pages for details.
