The Merchfuse Model
Merchfuse operates on a Print-on-Demand basis. Unlike traditional retail, every item is custom-manufactured specifically for you after your order is confirmed. This ensures unique designs and zero waste, but means production times and cancellation windows are strictly governed by our policies.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation email
Confirmation emails are sent automatically. Please check your Spam or Promotions folder. If you verified your email was correct and still haven’t received it after 1 hour, contact us at info.merchfuse@gmail.com.
How long will my package take to arrive?
Total delivery time = Production (2-5 business days) + Shipping Transit. Local orders usually arrive within 7 days of shipping, while international orders can take 10-21 days depending on customs processing.
Why does the print look slightly different than my screen?
Screens display colors using RGB (light), while physical garments are printed using CMYK (ink). Minor variations in vibrancy and tone are a normal part of the professional printing process.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We guarantee the quality of our prints. If your order arrives damaged, contact us at info.merchfuse@gmail.com within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos for a free replacement.
Can I return my item for a different size?
Because every item is printed specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for size exchanges or change of mind. We strongly recommend checking the Size Guide on the product page before purchasing.
