Print-on-Demand Notice
Many products are produced after an order is placed. Minor variations in output can occur across different
batches or print facilities due to paper texture, print profiles, ink behavior, and finishing.

1. Color & Display Differences

Colors shown on screens may appear different in print due to device calibration, brightness, ambient lighting,
and color profiles. Printed results may show small shifts in saturation/contrast that are normal for high-volume
print workflows. Extreme defects (major banding, severe misalignment, wrong artwork, heavy smudges) should be
reported promptly with evidence.

2. Typical Print Characteristics

  • Minor tone shifts between monitor and print are expected.
  • Edge trimming tolerances may vary slightly based on production.
  • High-detail artwork may appear subtly different depending on paper finish.
  • “Vintage/aged” artwork intentionally includes grain, texture, or weathering.

3. Materials (General Guidance)

Material types may vary by product listing. Always rely on the product page for the final specification of paper/finish.

Poster/Art Paper

  • Designed for wall display and framing.
  • Finish may be matte/satin/gloss depending on listing.
  • Texture and whiteness can vary by batch.

Canvas / Specialty Media (If Applicable)

  • Canvas textures can soften micro-details (common for canvas).
  • Edge wrap, mounting, and finishing details vary by product configuration.

4. Packaging & Transit Protection

Packaging methods vary based on item size and courier requirements. Typical packaging may include protective sleeves,
rigid mailers, tubes, corner protectors, and tamper-resistant outer wrapping. If packaging appears damaged, document
it before opening.

5. Care Instructions

  • Avoid direct sunlight and high humidity to reduce long-term fading risk.
  • Handle prints by edges to avoid fingerprints or surface marks.
  • If framed, use protective glazing where appropriate.
  • Do not use harsh chemicals on prints; use a dry microfiber cloth for frames.

6. Defects vs. Normal Variations

Normal: minor color variance, slight texture differences, small trimming tolerances.
Potential defect: wrong item, wrong artwork, severe banding, major ink blotches, large misregistration,
obvious printing damage not consistent with the artwork design.
