📦 Packaging Details
Your print will be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Smaller prints (up to 12×18") are shipped flat in rigid cardboard mailers with protective backing. Larger prints are rolled and shipped in sturdy triangular tubes with end caps for maximum protection. All packages include "Handle With Care" labels.

How do I receive my digital download?+
If you purchase a digital download, please make sure you have added your email address while ordering. We will share a WeTransfer or Google Drive link of the product you have chosen, and it will be sent to you within 24 hours at maximum. However, we usually take 1-2 hours to share the link. Check your inbox and spam folder for the download link.
Can I request custom changes to the design?+
Yes! If you want to edit or omit something from the design, please add detailed instructions in the custom note field while purchasing. Alternatively, you can contact us directly at
