Merchfuse operates on a Print-on-Demand basis. Every item is custom-manufactured specifically for you after your order is confirmed. This reduces waste and allows for unique designs. Every order ships free worldwide with tracking.

1. Production Timelines
Because each product is printed on demand, there is a lead time before shipping occurs:
- Processing: 3 to 5 business days.
- Production times may be strictly governed by our policies during peak periods.

3. Packaging & Transit Protection
We use premium packaging to ensure your order arrives in pristine condition:
- Prints up to 12×18 inches: Shipped flat in rigid cardboard mailers with backing board.
- Larger Prints: Rolled in sturdy tubes with protective end caps.
- Specialty Protection: Packages include moisture barriers and “Handle With Care” labels.
4. Tracking Information
You will receive an automated email with a tracking link once your order leaves our facility. Please note that it can take 24-48 hours for carriers to update tracking information once the label is generated.
