Track Your Order

Order tracking depends on (a) production completion (print-on-demand) and (b) courier updates.
Tracking details are typically shared once the order is dispatched.

Fastest ways to find tracking

  • Email: Check your order confirmation / dispatch email (spam/promotions folders too).
  • Account: If you created an account, visit My Account → Orders.
  • Support: If tracking is not available, contact Contact Us.

Order Lookup (WooCommerce)

Recommended: use WooCommerce’s built-in tracking form via shortcode in a “Shortcode” block:

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Place the shortcode in a WordPress “Shortcode” block (not inside a Custom HTML block) for proper rendering.

Typical Status Meanings

  • Processing: Payment confirmed; order queued for production.
  • In Production: Print/packaging stage (timelines vary by product type and volume).
  • Dispatched/Shipped: Courier has received the parcel; tracking should update.
  • Out for Delivery: Courier has scheduled delivery attempt.
  • Delivered: Delivered as per courier record.

If Tracking Isn’t Updating

Courier systems may not update in real-time. If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period,
contact support with your order number and buyer email. We will review courier handover status and assist
as appropriate.
