Tokyo Revengers was making great sales in the manga world when it came out, even when it was adapted into the anime series it was accepted well by the fans. The Story of Tokyo Revengers is quite wild and has gruesome scenes of killing, you see fights between youngsters to become the top gang in Japan. Mikey is one of the main characters of the series and the fans love him more than the protagonist, they feel the lead is a cry-baby but that’s not true. Both of the characters serve a purpose in the Tokyo Revengers story written and illustrated by Ken Wakui.
The Tokyo Revengers series is very messed up right now with people time-traveling into different timelines, Ken Wakui has to explain to us what’s going on in the current timeline. The best part about this show is that it doesn’t care how much a character is loved by the fandom, if they want to kill him, they would end his role in the story. There are many deaths in Tokyo Revengers and most of them are planned murders, we have listed down some of them, let’s have a look at them.
Keisuke Baji
Baji was the Itachi of the Tokyo Revengers anime, he was working undercover for Toman and spying on Valhalla and the antics of Kisaki. He wanted to find out the ways Kisaki was trying to ignite fights and position Mikey’s mind. Baji became a huge sensation in the fandom because of his good looks and superhuman strength, but when Kazutora found out about his truth, he fought him and stabbed Baji to kill him. Baji loved his friends to the end and didn’t want Kazutora to kill him and turn into a murderer, so he took the knife and stabbed himself to death.
Shinichiro Sano
At the start of the Tokyo Revengers series, we were informed that Shinichiro Sano who is the elder brother to Mikey, was killed in a bike accident during his birthday. The incident started with Baji and Kazutora, as they wanted to gift Mikey his favorite bike so they decide to steal it. But when the owner catches them, Kazutora gets scared and out of panic attacks the owner with a rod on his head. The owner was Shinichiro who is Mikey’s brother, Kazutora was the one who killed him unknowingly!
Kisaki Tetta
Kisaki Tetta is the most disgusting character in the series, he is the one who actually the whole timeline-altering situation. The reason was just that he was rejected by Hinata, and wanted to be her lover so he tried winning her in different timelines. Whenever she rejected him, he would go on to kill her out of anger, he is a psychopath and an ultimate who caused the demise of many people. God served him good when he was run over by a truck during the night, he wanted to kill Takemichhi!
Emma Sano
Emma Sano was an innocent girl whose only fault was that she was sister to Mikey, when Kisaki was thrown out of Toman he was in revenge mode. He went on to hurt and kill anyone whom Mikey loved and cared for, one of those deaths was Emma Sano. Kisaki and Hanma circled the streets to find Emma, and when they found her talking with Takemicchi, Kisaki hit her head with a steel rod! Mikey found out about this and rushed her to the hospital, but it was of no use as she was declared dead.
Draken
Draken was one of the best characters in Tokyo Revengers, he was literally the only person Mikey would open up to and share things with. He looked scary with his haircut and dragon tattoo, but he was the only one with a huge heart and cared for his loved ones. The Vice Captain of Toman was killed while saving the protagonist Takemicchi from being shot, this resulted in death for Draken! He was the person who would do anything for his friends, even give away his own life.
