Why is there a review fee?
Every request is looked at by a person: we search for better sources, test restoration and check how large the image can be printed. The $4.99 fee keeps the service fast for serious requests, and it is credited toward your order when you go ahead.
What can I send?
Photos and scans in JPG, PNG, WEBP, TIFF or HEIC (iPhone) up to 20 MB each, up to 1 files — or paste links to images or web pages. Phone photos of a print work too: shoot straight on, in daylight, without flash.
Can you find an artwork or poster I cannot find online?
Often, yes. Send a link, screenshot or description — title, artist, year, where you saw it. We search archives, museum collections and our own sources for the best available version, then restore and upscale it for print.
How old or damaged can a photo be?
We repair tears, creases, scratches, dust, stains, fading and colour casts, and we can colourise black & white photos. Missing areas are rebuilt where there is enough of the image to guide the repair; we tell you in the quote what is realistic.
How big can you print it?
Up to 24×36″. We upscale with professional AI tools and finish by hand, then check the result at full print size before quoting, so you know what to expect.
How long does it take?
We review and quote within 1–2 business days. Digital files are usually delivered 1–3 business days after you approve; prints are then produced and shipped with the delivery times shown in our shipping policy.
What if you cannot do it?
We tell you honestly. Your $4.99 review fee comes back to you as store credit you can use on anything in the store.
How do I pay?
Through our normal secure checkout with any of the payment methods we offer. You pay the review fee first; after you approve the quote, you pay the rest through the link in your quote email.
Are my photos private?
Yes. Your files are stored privately (never in a public gallery), seen only by our studio, and deleted 90 days after your order is complete. We never use your photos in our marketing without asking you first.
