About Edward Weston

Edward Weston (1886–1958) made sharply detailed photographs of peppers, shells, nudes and landscapes. Weston co-founded Group f/64, photographers who championed sharp, unmanipulated images. Black and white photography removes colour so shape, light and emotion lead. The original dates from 1945. Vintage prints preserve the look of the film stocks, papers and printing methods of their time.
